My 3 1/2 month old breast feed baby is not pooping for 4 days now, but seems ok. i'm worried about what's causing it?

Don't worry: Some babies poop 5-6 times daily at this age, others poop once every 7-10 days. Both, and everything in between is normal. Provided they are eating well, not vomiting consistently, not developing a distended abdomen, urinating 5-6 times daily, otherwise acting normally, and the stool is not hard....This is nothing to worry about. If unsure, ask your pediatrician.

Breast fed normality: Breast fed babies may have a stool with each feeding, once a day, or sometimes go as long as week without stooling.
