Partially: Antibiotics most often utilized in the treatment of H. pylori infection includes amoxicillin, clarithromycin, metronidazole, or tetracycline/doxycycline. None of them is effective enough for gonorrheal infection. Doxycycline is very effective for chlamydia though.
