I have occasional epididimytis and low back pain.my urine will be cloudy but not all the time. ive tested negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea and my urine sample looks good. i was on a lot of antibiotics for h pylori could that have caused this?

Partially: Antibiotics most often utilized in the treatment of H. pylori infection includes amoxicillin, clarithromycin, metronidazole, or tetracycline/doxycycline. None of them is effective enough for gonorrheal infection. Doxycycline is very effective for chlamydia though.
