Herpes?: This is too complex for a clear on this sort of forum. Keep working with your doctors. If not under the care of a genitourinary medicine (GUM) or infectious diseases specialist, that might be worthwhile. Also, make sure you were tested for herpes, which could cause such symptoms. Good luck!
