I had a test of cure for gonorrhea and chlamydia 6 days after antibiotic use. is 6 days post treatment enough time for a urine based naa to be accurate, or did i test too soon after antibiotic use?

It's fine for gonorrhea. If you received multi-dose treatment for chlamydia with doxycycline and tested 6 days after the last dose, the negative result probably is valid, but it's too soon after single dose treatment with azithromycin. (Azithro is very long lasting, still in your system for 10 days after treatment. Retesting for chlamydia isn't recommended before 3 weeks.
