I might have had mumps last year but it was never diagnosed. my one testicle is much larger and firmer then the other one. the smaller testicle hurts in certain spots and has painless fleshy lump?

See a Dr.: Mumps causes painful swelling of the salivary glands and testicles. One or both may be involved, but the swelling resolves in both areas after 10-14 days. If one testicle is large and firm a year later, there may be a different problem. See a Dr (urologist) for a thorough exam and to determine the cause and treatment. Causes may include infections, hernias, tumors or varicocele/hydrocele.
