Hi dr. since i can remember i've had small white dots on my genitals and larger white bumps/lumps on my testicles. they don't hurt unless i press hard on them (nothing will come out if i press on it). i'm 30 years of age. how can i get rid of this?

Genital bumps: It is likely that the small white bumps on the penis are what is know as Fordyce spots. They are benign and are not dangerous. The bumps on the scrotum may be sebaceous cysts, which are common. They are not dangerous unless they become infected.
