No: There has been no documented cases of HPV involving transfer by toilet seats.

No worries but: HPV vaccine is approved for both men and women. Males can choose to get the vaccine to help stop the spread of HPV. Gardasil-9 vaccine gives women and men protection against genital and anal warts, and perhaps some anal cancers. Researchers are looking for evidence that HPV vaccine even protects against some throat cancers.
