Doesn't stop wedding: People with contagious diseases get married, everywhere, everyday. It does create a dilemma, as the uninfected spouse doesn't want to catch the infection. First, genital HPV viruses are common, and many people don't know they have them. Therefore, one can get vaccinated (self-pay if no insurance). One can get warts treated to remove them. We can't remove HPV-infected cells that we can't see, yet.
