You could turn this around now to being healthy rather than acquisition of diagnosis and disease. The blood tests could be false positive sometimes or indeterminate.

Western blot more: specific, ELISA more sensitive. One positive ELISA and one negative Western blot says that you do not have enough antibodies to HSV 2 for confirmation... Read More

If a 4th gen HIV test was negative at 6 months after exposure you are unlikely to have HIV. It does not say anything about your partner's status.
