I am not a rheumatologist but I say that it is important to understand the MD. that has experience and knowledge evaluated you and in context of a comprehensive evaluation gave an opinion that you should respect. The blood markers in itself is not as important because they could be nonspecific; and you have the option of being reevaluated, but a more optimistice healthy approach of being positive

You could turn this around now to being healthy rather than acquisition of diagnosis and disease. The blood tests could be false positive sometimes or indeterminate.
