STD Testing: Make sure you had complete testing. This would include blood for syphilis and an HIV test.

Possibly...: Sores could be an autoimmune reaction. Steven Johnson or lichen plants. If it's not an STD then there probably isn't much to do but to watch it and see if it's worse.
