Not an STD: No STD causes symptoms like this. Do you have a rash, i.e. is it skin pain with redness? Most genital rashes and skin conditions are not STDs. However, "random" and "sharp" pains usually aren't caused by any physical problem. Genitally focused anxiety seems likely if you've had some sexual exposures that worry you.
