Have 3 blister/pimple right top pubic area. did an full std test, and awaiting results. is this herpes? the blister is white/gray at the head and the base is red. also, my entire pubic area is sore if i press down on it and swollen too. only symptom?

It seems more likely folliculitis (inflammation of hair follicles) with cellulitis. Follow-up with your primary care provider.
