Is a dermatologist the best type of doctor to see for skin/swelling and pain around the urethra on my penis? Ive seen a urologist who didnt really offer much advice and two dermatologists but none have been able to diagnose my problem yet?
While in Germany I went to a Urologist who diagnosed me with genital herpes on the penis glands (Head). I was prescribed Aciclovir cream which I read shouldnt be used on glands? Is this true? As I am not seeing any improvement either.

Thanks doctors. I did see a Urologist. It wad my 3rd seperate one. Visit was for shock like pain in penis, testicles, and pelvis at times. Nothint was found. Sti negative. Cytoscopy negative. Ultrasound clear. What should my next step be?
