Counseling?: After exam and reassurance by 5 urologists, surely there is no significant anatomic problem. In any case, a distant forum like this cannot diagnose anything not not seen on direct examination. This sounds like a psychological problem. Ask whichever urologist you most trust and whether referral for counseling would be helpful. Suggested from compassion, not criticism. Good luck.
