Penis to Vagina: Penis to vagina puts you at risk for chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes, hpv, syphilis and hiv. Most sex workers take their health very seriously and do not transmit diseases very often. Your urologist was right. There is no acute std that has 'red patches' on the glans.

STD: Yes, it is possible to have acquired an std in this manner, although less likely than if nothing had been used. You should go and be tested in an std clinic or by your family doctor with an std panel.

Possible problem: Although 10 seconds is a short amount of time, i probably wouldn't worry about catching a std but it is possible. The red patches could be signs of a yeast infection or a condition called penile psoriasis which are both easy to treat. If you do develop burning with urination or a discharge from your penis, then i would go see your primary care doctor right away.
