Swollen lymph node on one side of groin *3 mths after last sex. could this be from a sti or most likely something else? no visible leg/feet cuts/sores

STI unlikely: The large majority of inflamed lymph nodes in the groin are not from STIs. Assuming no recent genital blisters or sores, etc, the chance of an STI is even lower. It isn't zero, and it would be prudent to have an STI checkuip, especially a syphilis blood test, if you may be at risk, like a new or potentially unsafe sex partner. And if it persists, see a doctor to look into other causes. Good luck!
