Inguinal adenopathy: Lymph nodes in the inguinal area are often enlarged because they are doing their job properly in that area of the body. If it persists, is enlarging, has a stony consistency or appears fixed to underlying tissues might then have your doctor take a look. Otherwise it will be likely to recede in time.
