Unlikely: From what you described you are unlikely to have HIV from the encounter in question. You should get a HIV nucleic acid test at 6 months after exposure. You may have acquired other infections, herpes is not prevented by a condom. It would be prudent to see a doctor for an evaluation. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
