Supposed to retract: Foreskin attached to a normal healthy uncircumcised penis should be fully retractile. Some foreskins retract on their own in many men without them having to pull it back. This should not be a problem. Sorry if you think this is a problem. Inability to retract foreskin, phimosis, is a problem, .
