i am a 16 year old boy. i can't retract my foreskin when it is flaccid or erect, however, i have no pain or other problems. what to do?

Choices: You can accept this as is, work on gradually loosening this with your own effort or find a urological surgeon to consult. There are things other than a traditional circumcision they can do to help free up the foreskin but what that would be depends on a direct exam.
