Is there a cream for the head of the penis to help with sensativity. It hurts anytime its touched but im uncircumcised so it only hurts after i pull the foreskin back which also take a lot of work because the skin is tight. ?

Im uncircumcised and Ive been dealing with burn on the forskin with/without urinating and cracks appeared slightly down the penis head, Ive had this problem for a week now. The burn cooled down a bit but still Im feeling some. Ps:tests were clean?
