My rectum hurts and itches and there is a small lump by it. it has been like this for 3 days know had a bath and feels a little better but not rifgt

Repeatedly (several times a day) sitting in warm water can help the discomfort (sitz bath) try not to sit for prolonged periods. Try to eat plenty of fiber and hydrate well with water to avoid constipation.

Sound : Sound like thrombosed external hemorrhoids. Sitz bath, avoid constipation and keep area dry and clean will help. If symptoms dosenot improve a few days please seek medical evaluation.
