Allergies: This sounds like you have some allergies. Dust in homes can be tainted with lead dust, cockroach dander, pet dander, cigarrette smoke, among other toxins and allergic offenders. You need a whopping dose of antihistamine now, say 10 mg cetirizine by mouth. I am worried a little about your chest pain, especially if you have asthma. Do you have an albuterol inhaler at home with spacer?
