Hemorrhoids: Most likely it's hemorrhoids either external which you can see or internal which you can't if it continues or gets worse you should see your doctor.

Hemorrhoids: It sounds like you have hemorrhoids causing your symptoms, but the pain could be secondary to an anal fissure or even a perirectal abscess. See your doctor for a proper exam of the area if the symptoms persisit.
