Depends: The risk of HIV transmission from receiving oral sex from a woman is very low (no known cases) since HIV is not transmitted via saliva. Now theoretically if she had any blood in her mouth or an open sore AND you had a cut/sore on your penis then there is a theoretical risk. To be safe, use a condom even for oral sex because you CAN get herpes this way.
