Yes. While HIV is unlikely, your risk of contracting STDs, especially gonorrhea, syphilis, HPV, hepatitis, chlamydia, and herpes from giving OR receiving oral sex is just as high as it is with intercourse. I don\t understand what you mean by "in that state it's completely late" GET TESTED and use protection.

Yes there are. It is best to make sure that person does not have STI/HIV. Maybe she doesn't and you will be OK. But if worried have yourself checked
