What are you afraid: Until you go for surgery this will be a recurring, nagging pain in the ass. The longer you delay, the more likely you will have a more difficult surgery. The surgery is usually not difficult and is the ONLY cure. What are you afraid of? At least go to a surgeon for an exam!!!
