I think i have a pilondial cyst. 1st infection didnt deep but was lanced at the top of my crack, 2nd was lanced slightly down and the last one is on my butt with seeping for months. never had issues before this. would i need something like a lift?

Need more: Unfortunately when a pilonidal cyst forms a tract, there are several options. We in the wound clinic would treat with a nitroglycerin ointment-same as used for heart patients. Based on this, you avoid surgery by going to a proctologist or wound center. Not really sure about a lift.
