I have a bump at the top of my butt crack. it hurts to put pressure on it. any way to tell if it's a pilonidal cyst before i can see a doctor monday?

Assume it is: These arise from hair bearing skin usually in the location you describe. External rubbing can contribute to the process. Those working in situations that require sitting for long periods add to the risk.I would assume it is and have it looked at.
