Bladder urgency & lower abdo pain radiates to genital area. its everyday always after passing urine for the past 13 months. started 4 months after lap to remove endometrioma. my mri is normal. any potential causes/investigations to suggest to my dr?

Post op symptoms: Assuming that it is not a bladder infection causing the symptoms, the possibility of a suture from the surgery in the bladder must be considered as a post operative complication. Other causes as well must be ruled out, but a consultation an evaluation which would include cystoscopy should be done. Recommendation: consutltation with a urologist.

Endometriosis or IC: You may well have some new or residual endometriosis without anything demonstable on MRI. Other possibility is Interstitial Cystitis. This classically causes pain towards end and after urinating & associated overactive bladder. Try bland diet & cutting out all caffeine, alcohol, acid causing fruit, spicy & fried foods.
