Hard to say...: Usually sutures don't "fall out"... They either dissolve, or they are removed by the surgeon who removed your teeth. Can't tell what type of sutures you have, but your surgeon knows exactly what was done... Give them a call.

3-5 days: Usually 3-5 days with the most commonly used type of sutures. Ask oral surgeon to be sure. Some surgeons use non-dissolvable sutures.
