Abscess: Possible that your "dizziness" is related. Would call and discuss with the doctor treating you. Not uncommon for the abscess to continue to drain and this may actually be a good sign. Hope this clears up soon. Good luck.

Too much antibiotic: You have taken enough antibiotic for the condition. Too much antibiotic could be harmful too.
