Incision & drainage: The drainage will eventually stop and the wound will heal from inside and will close off.

Only 2 days: The infection needs to clear up so it may take three or four days. Many times these will clear up after a few days and then go away. Some times people are prescribed Sitz baths where you basically sit in hot or warm water to make things feel better and draw out the infection. Need to be on an antibiotic and follow instruction of the doc
