Dizziness, whether vertigo or lightheadedness, could be related to the procedure itself or medication. I'd give this a few more days to resolve, but if no gradual improvement, see your physician for examination and testing. I hope you'll be able to rest up, drink adequate amounts of fluids & eat properly during this observation period.

Dizziness may be from your bacteria infected tooth, from the antibiotic, from the anesthetic, and/or from the surgical (root canal) procedure, or from a virus, or from neurologic impulse disruption. By 48 hours post procedure, your symptoms should be abating. If not, call your Dentist. If no dental causes discoverable, and dizziness does not abate, evaluation by a Neurologist may be in order.
