I know this might be a weird question but i had a partial hysterectomy done and am now having serious pregnancy symptoms what could this be?

Ovaries: Ovaries are the sources of hormones of pregnancy and menstrual cycle. When a uterus is removed, many of the symptoms of a period are gone, but not all. The ovaries are still going to cause bloating, tender breasts and even a phantom cramping sensation. Pregnancy can never be ruled out so if you are worried take a test. Likely neg.
