UterusCameBckToHaunt: Depends on what"pregnancy symptoms"you're talking about.If you just had the surgery it wouldn't surprise me that you had many kinds of like symptoms.If it was a long time ago, I doubt you grew another uterus(well, these days,who knows...)and assuming you're not on some kind of steroid or hormone or weird herb I'd suggest you talk to your GYN about this. Could be another hormone acting-up.
