If the ovaries remain, can an ectopic pregnancy still occur after a partial hysterectomy ?

No: In theory, the answer is a very, very rare yes. There are case reports of it happening. In reality, the answer is no. Realize the hundreds of thousands of hysts done but only a couple case reports of ectopic pregnancy after. If worried, take a preg test. If neg, you are not pregnant.
