Doubt it: Just had baby 3 months ago, you might still be swollen from fluid retention. An xray can confirm if your toe is fractured.Go see your doctor.

Get measured: If you are having to 'jam' your feet into any shoes, new or old and whether or not this is pre or post pregnancy, you should be evaluated to ensure that you are not wearing the wrong size shoes (both in length and width). Visit a good shoe store for proper measurements.
