5 broken bones in foot. have it wrapped and a shoe with crutches, is that good enough to heal it?

Depends : Which bones, how badly broken. I.E if its a lisfranc fracture dislocation that would not be enough.

Medical care?: I am not clear about this. Is this a medical boot with your foot having been wrapped by a medical person or did you place your foot in a boot from home.? I am not sure that any one can answer this question on-line because different types of fractures require different treatments. Which bones are broken has not been specified either.

If not: Displaced fractures and swelling is down you should be ina non weight being cast and crutches.
