Won't decrease bone: Excess vitamin d can cause dangerously elevated blood levels of calcium but is unlikely to cause much bone loss unless it persists for a long time. While the official "normal range" is 30-100, according to the national institutes of health levels over 200 ng/ml are "potentially toxic." 160 is unlikely to cause serious problems, and if your serum calcium is normal you have nothing to worry about.
