Can abnormal bone marrow on an mri be associated with low vitamin d levels?

MRI: Low vitamin D levels can be related to osteoporosis or osteopenia which would cause low bone density. Marrow signal on MRI in relation to trauma or injury can be from trabecular damage, a type of stress fracture often not seen on xray.
