Complicated: You have significant vit d deficiency and i would suggest that you take vitamin d3 instead of d2 and get another level in about 2 months to assess the status. Consider taking calcium supplement also. I have seen itchy skin lesions which subsided after adequate vitamin d3 supplement. You do need to check with your doctor and make sure that you don't have osteoporosis
