Bruises on my legs and wrists that come and go for the past few months, got a blood test, tested for iron,vitamin deficiency but all was normal.they are light color not severe plus i have ibs caused by low muscle mass, could it be linked?

There is no association between IBS and easy bruising of skin. This skin condition is not uncommon for young girls. If the blood tests (platelet count and coagulopathy panel) are normal, you should be fine.
