What are the main causes of second trimester pregnancy loss other than fetal abnormalities? i lost my baby at 22 wks, i hav fibroids.

Look up: Incompotent cervix, an issue where a weakended or shortended cerivx causes painless cerival dilation and second tirmester losses due to early delivery. The other may be a cord accident or autoimmune(but it is late for that problem). It can be difficult to say, sometimes there is an autopsy.
