Hello, i am 23 years old male. i have alt 61 and ast 27 so my ast:alt ratio is 0.44. is there any problem with that?what is the possible problems?

Let's think: I'm not concerned about you ratio (nobody suggested you were a drinker i trust) but i'm a little worried about the alt being a bit high. Are you a heavy-duty athlete? Your working your muscles may be raising the alt and that would be a good thing. Your physician will recommend follow-up.
