Not "concerned": but aware enough to have this followed up! A "fatty liver" is possible but you have to be morbidly obese for this to cause elevated liver enzymes. A complete "work up" is indicated. Benign Glycogen Storage Disease is one of the most common causes! Hope this helps Dr Z

Fatty liver?: That description makes me think that you may have a fatty liver. Fatty liver in the long term can lead to liver damage, and you are very young to start having this now. You need to lose weight, and hopefully the fatty liver will regress.
