Somewhat: Your ast is a liver enzyme that is borderline elevated. Regular alcohol use can cause inflammation of your liver, so you should cut back on your drinking in order to avoid permanent damage.

Yes,if continue : Your liver enzymes are already elevated now and you are very young. If you continue to drink alcohol-it will continue to damage your liver and you can end up with alcohol cirrhosis etc. It is not too late- cut back on your alcohol use and if possible really to stop it. Other cause of increase liver enzyme should be looked as well-like hepatitis c, hemochromatosis etc.

Yes: Chances are you'll have it repeated off meds and alcohol. If the levels are back down, you got your warning -- cut way back or stop drinking.
