Normal results.: The liver function tests (LFT's) that you listed are all normal. It can take years for alcohol-induced liver damage to show up as abnormal liver tests. Therefore, the best thing to do to prevent alcohol-induced liver damage is to greatly minimize alcohol use (1 unit of alcohol per day) or even to abstain completely from alcohol. Use of opioids and excessive Tylenol (acetaminophen) use can exacerbate damage.
