See your doctor: She could possibly have a problem with her levels of certain minerals. I'd discuss it with her pediatrician.

See the doctor: Spasms of the hands and or feet may be associated with low calcium. She needs to be seen and evaluated for possible low calcium/ vitamin d deficiency
